Part 7 Tips

-发送邮件前请仔细检查,避免拼写/称呼/附件遗漏/收件人邮箱等低级错误

-邮件措辞尽量客气礼貌,避免强硬的要求,比如:You have to / must / need to,多用请求类语句Could you please…/ May I have…/ I’d love to…

-发邮件的时间注意选择工作日的工作时间,如果有时差设置定时发送
